MAMBO VOLUNTEERS ROCK!
Thank you to the more than 200 Crawfish Mambo volunteers who kept our 5th Annual Mambo running like a well-oiled machine. We could not have done it without your help!
2016 Mambo volunteers enjoyed a free Mambo ticket valued at $25, all-you-can-eat crawfish, free parking, two shift beverages and a cool Mambo t-shirt (see photo).
Need more reasons to support Mambo? The signature spring fundraiser of the University of New Orleans (UNO) International Alumni Association, Mambo aims to achieve two important goals:
1) to raise money to support UNO students – our region’s future leaders – with professional development programs like our Dine Like a Pro etiquette luncheons, Resume Review Workshops, Scholarships, Networking Events and more. 2) to build broad positive awareness of Louisiana’s only public urban research university, the University of New Orleans, and foster community relations by welcoming the community-at-large to our lakefront campus to celebrate New Orleans’ favorite traditions: crawfish, live music & UNO.
