Think you've got the best boil? PROVE IT!
Register your team for Crawfish Mambo's Annual Crawfish Cook-Off competition - now New Orleans' Largest Crawfish Cook-Off!!
Your team entry fee includes live crawfish, event tickets, free parking and the chance to claim the Best of Boil Championship and/or the Crowd's Choice Title which come with one-of-a-kind paddle trophies, cash prizes and years of bragging rights! Teams should be willing to cook at least four (4) sacks, and supply their own cooking utensils, spices and any additional fixings they wish to offer the crowds. A panel of celebrity judges will determine the winner of the Crawfish Mambo Cook-off Best of Boil Competition as well as the 2nd and 3rd place winners. Winners will be announced from the main stage that day. We will also present one (1) Crowd's Choice Award (voted on by festival attendees). And, we invite each team to compete for the Best Decorated Booth Award, determined by a committee of UNO Alumni.
Teams will be accepted and able to select their locations on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are limited to 100 teams so register early!
